Yes. The Sales & Invoicing module is free forever, with no credit card required and no time limit. You can create quotes, invoices and record payments for up to 3 users. Add paid modules like Inventory, HR or Accounting only when you need them.
Does Paper & Pen work in Arabic?
Fully. The entire interface is available in Arabic with proper right-to-left layout, alongside English, Hindi, Bengali and Urdu. Switch language any time, your data stays exactly the same.
Can I use Paper & Pen outside the GCC?
Yes. Paper & Pen is built in Oman by Paper and Pen Company LLC (part of BHD Group) but works for businesses anywhere. Invoice in any currency, set your own tax rate, and work in 5 languages. GCC businesses also get native OMR/AED/SAR billing, local VAT and Paymob payments out of the box.
